Dear LifeSpring Family,
This past Monday, in our Bible Study Fellowship (BSF) group, we were studying the weeping prophet, Jeremiah. In all the doom and gloom of the situation that Judah and Israel found themselves, we have the famous Jeremiah 29:11 verse:
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.
While the BSF group of men were discussing how many of them were encouraged by Jeremiah’s verse in 29:11, I was reminded of our memory verse from Ephesians 2:10
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
I was personally encouraged by the Lord that He has a good plan. And that He has good works, planned and prepared beforehand for me. I feel that the Lord wants to let all of us and especially, a few of you reading this, that He has not forgotten you. Not only that He has not forgotten about you, He has a specific plan for you, a plan to give you a future and a good hope through grace. Be courageous and walk in His plan of good works for you.
