Happy New Year to 2022!!!
Happy because of 1 Corinthians 11:23-26:
23 For I received from the Lord what I also delivered to you, that the Lord Jesus on the night when he was betrayed took bread, 24 and when he had given thanks, he broke it, and said, “This is my body, which is for you. Do this; in remembrance of me.” 25 In the same way also he took the cup, after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. Do this, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of me.” 26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.
Happy because 2022 is For His Name’s Sake. Ask the Lord what part of His “body” in LifeSpring does He want you to be. As you listen to the Lord’s voice in prayer, remember 1 Corinthians 12:12-31
Principles of Body Life in LifeSpring
- Many ministries, activities but One Spirit. Unity in diversity.
- Different functions but the same value in Christ.
- God arranged the members in His body.
- Humility in our roles/parts in Christ’s body.
- Our names are written in one another’s hearts.
- Gifting/s practiced in love is the “more excellent way”.
The body is made for the Head. We are the body and Christ is our Head. Listen well to our Head and obey quickly.
