We Pray

With the current climate of the Russian and Ukraine Conflict, we have been responding the best way we know how – Prayer. We might not have all the strategies, resources, and abilities, or even influence that could perhaps make a difference but we do know a God who does all those things and is all those things.

At Lifespring, most of us know first hand how powerful prayer is any situation we present to God. So when presented with a potential WWIII situation, we do what we’ve always done, go to the God who saves.

So today we ask that you stand in prayer with those who are hurting, those who are scared for their lives, and those who are looking for hope.

I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people— 2 for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.

1 Timothy 2:1-2 (NIV)

We want to declare Peace in the land of Ukraine!

I will grant peace in the land, and you will lie down and no one will make you afraid. I will remove wild beasts from the land, and the sword will not pass through your country.

Leviticus 26:6 (NIV)

Prayer:
Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,

your kingdom come, your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen!
