Wow! Wow!! Wow!!!

Dear LifeSpring Family,

Wow!!! What a Family Weekend we all had at Redeemers University this past long weekend.

We were affirmed, encouraged and challenged all at the same time. During the weekend the Lord brought Romans 12:4-8 to my attention.

For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, 5 so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another. 6 Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith; 7 if service, in our serving; the one who teaches, in his teaching; 8 the one who exhorts, in his exhortation; the one who contributes, in generosity; the one who leads, with zeal; the one who does acts of mercy, with cheerfulness.

Romans 12:4-8 (ESV)

I feel like the Lord wants all of us who attended and participated in the weekend weather in person or online to know that we are “one body in Christ”.

From our speaker to baby Jason and everyone in between, “having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us” is important to our Lord Jesus Christ, and we are “individually members one of another”. The Lord has given each and everyone of us in the LifeSpring family a gift/gifts, and Father God is encouraging us to “use them: if prophecy, in proportion to our faith”

LifeSpring family, you are important, you have gifts, and you are members of one of another in the body of Christ, so let’s stand up, step forward, and use those gifts for the glory of God in proportion of your current faith.

Grace upon grace,

Jerry
